Fuqi User Agreement

1. Acceptance and Eligibility

By using Fuqi, you agree to this User Agreement. You represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, use Fuqi only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. App Purpose and Permitted Use

Fuqi is intended for lawful personal use, including reflection tracking, periodic review reminders, and progress insights. You agree not to misuse the App, including:

• Using the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes;
• Uploading content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
• Attempting to reverse engineer, disrupt, or compromise App security.

3. User Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for content you create or store in Fuqi. You warrant that your content is lawful and does not violate third-party rights. Fuqi does not provide legal, medical, financial, or psychological professional advice.

4. Regional Compliance Framework

Fuqi is designed with privacy and consumer-law awareness for users in multiple jurisdictions, including California (CCPA/CPRA and applicable consumer protections), Canada (PIPEDA and provincial equivalents), Singapore (PDPA), and Australia (Privacy Act 1988, including APPs), subject to updates and local legal interpretation.

If local law grants mandatory rights that differ from this Agreement, those rights prevail to the extent required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in Fuqi (excluding your own content) are owned by the developer or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fuqi for personal, lawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Fuqi is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No guarantee is made regarding uninterrupted operation, suitability for a specific purpose, or error-free performance.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, opportunities, or profits arising from your use of Fuqi.

8. Changes, Suspension, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of Fuqi for maintenance, updates, compliance, or security reasons. We may also update this Agreement. Continued use after updates means acceptance of revised terms.
