This Policy applies to Fuqi’s mobile application features and related support communications. It covers users in different regions, including California, Canada, Singapore, and Australia, subject to applicable mandatory laws.
Fuqi follows data minimization and does not intentionally collect unnecessary sensitive data.
Data is used to operate core functions (recording, reminders, statistics, export), maintain security, improve reliability, and comply with legal obligations. Depending on jurisdiction, processing may rely on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal compliance.
Fuqi does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except where required for legal compliance, rights protection, fraud/security prevention, or with your explicit authorization.

Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. You may delete app content through in-app operations; residual copies may persist temporarily in backups where technically unavoidable.

Fuqi applies reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No system is absolutely secure; users should also protect device access and credentials.
